Y si no, podéis preguntarle a Carol ;)
I still remember the "Halaaaaaa" Carol when we peered the head on the railing of the Azotea, the roof of the iconic Círculo de Bellas Artes, while the lights of the cars painted in colors the streets of the capital.
Seven floors separated this garden from the bustle of Madrid's Gran Via. Seven floors that allow (almost) touch the sky and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the tops of the city.
And under the slogan "The sky was never so fun," the seventh floor of the cultural center has become a multi meeting, open to the public for breakfast until the last drink at night. A place of dynamic and cosmopolitan gathering, where a cocktail under the stars or the incomparable cuisine Tartan Roof, will delight the most discerning palates.
And if not, ask Carol;)
