Siempre me ha resultado sorprendente esta época del año en la que parece que todos nos pongamos en modo "Ancha es Castilla"... Y es que pasa a importarnos más bien poco doblar la ingesta de calorías usuales en nuestra dieta o bebernos "hasta el agua de los floreros", como diría mi madre... Sencillamente relajamos nuestros hábitos y nos dedicamos a disfrutar del momento, y claro, luego se terminan las fiestas y nos plantamos con 2 kilos de más a nuestro lomo (y eso con suerte!!!) De hecho, yo no quiero ni acercarme a la báscula porque se que el umbral del par de kilos lo supero y con creces!!!! Aunque siempre nos quedará el clásico "el día 7 me pongo a dieta", que este año pienso llevar más a rajatabla que nunca!!!!
Pero oye, hasta el día 7... ¡Ancha es Castilla! jajajaja.

Always has me result surprising this time of year in which it seems that we all put in "Ancha es Castilla" ...
